Brian Love

Brian joined Dalmore in January 2021. His role is to drive fund performance across the PPP portfolio. He also serves as a Board Director of Porterbrook and a number of high-value PPP assets.

Brian has 19 years of infrastructure experience. Prior to Dalmore, he was at Galliford Try plc, a UK-listed construction and services business, where he held concurrent roles as Finance Director of the Facilities Management subsidiary and Project Finance Director of Galliford Try Investments, the PPP investment subsidiary. In these roles, Brian led investment disposals, raised debt for projects, held board director positions at concession company level, and oversaw financial reporting and control for the operational business unit. Before Galliford Try, he worked at Barclays in the Infrastructure Project Finance team and at RBS in the Infrastructure Finance Group. Brian began his career in the Assurance & Advisory division of Deloitte & Touche in 2001.

Brian holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.
